I START’EM OUT EARLY

From the time they were old enough to hold a shovel or steer a mower, all five of my kids have, at one time or another, worked with me in my business. Teresa and I always had a firm conviction of instilling a work ethic in our children. As they were growing up, if they wanted something, we gave them the opportunity to earn the money for what they wanted.

When each of them became old enough to drive, they worked and saved their money to buy their own vehicle. That early training gave each of them the confidence and ability to leave home right after high school and be completely self supporting and successful at careers now ranging from the military, to business management, to social work.
